Site Update – EDIBLE Reconfigured
I completed a restructure of the EDIBLE database for EDCE. I’m sure if you remember the old database this change is a frustrating one because it adds unnecessary clicks. But this will make the website much easier to maintain.
Like it or hate it, I saw it as a necessary change based on the amount of updates I’m been making. To continue making updates at the pace I am now, I needed to move the files to a data table. The static pages were too cumbersome to manage, and in fact I was spending more time uploading the files than making them.
